| Florida Strawberry Festival 26 Feb - 8 Mar 2009 Location: 2202 West Reynolds St., Plant City, FL 33563-4706 Telephone: (813) 752-9194 Another huge area event is the Florida Strawberry Festival in Plant City. The huge attraction for most of us at Lake Highlander is the excellent entertainers with many past and current headliners. The first headliner is George Jones on 26 Feb, followed by the Gaitlin Bros on the 27th. For a complete listing of headliners click here. Tickets for the headline shows go on sale 8 Dec 08. There will be two Senior Citizens’ Days. On Thursday, February 26, 2009, The Jimmy Sturr Orchestra will perform for your listening and dancing pleasure. The music begins at 10:30 a.m. until 11:30 a.m. in the Grandstand. On Thursday, March 5, 2009, The Guy Lombardo Orchestra will be in the Grandstand, from 10:30 a.m. until 11:30 a.m. for your listening and dancing pleasure.
