Lake Highlander R.O. Association, Inc. has been a homeowner's Resident Park since 1990 when it became a corporation.
The purchase of a mobile in the park requires the purchase of a share which sells for $24,000.00.

The monthly maintenance fee is $130.00 per month which covers water, sewer, trash and lawn service. Residents
must have one person 55 years of age with the second person being 50 or over. No dogs are allowed in the park. You
may have a cat as long as it is neutered or spayed and kept in the mobile
